The Maryland Agriculture Council Board of Directors invites you to join us in sponsoring the 57th Taste of Maryland Agriculture – the state’s largest annual agricultural legislative event!

We are excited to be back at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland for this dynamic, educational, and memorable event, on Thursday, February 4, 2027.

Last year’s event was a phenomenal success! Highlights from 2026 include:

• The Governor of Maryland and over 70 state and local legislators in the same room with almost 1,000 ag industry producers and stakeholders

• $10,000 in grants awarded to 7 organizations

• Induction of the McGinnis Family of Baltimore County into the prestigious Governor’s Agriculture Hall of Fame

As a not-for-profit, we are reliant on our sponsors to provide the financial resources to 

accomplish the Ag Council’s mission to promote Maryland agriculture and educate the public on its importance through legislative communication, the grant program, marketing and promotion.

It is important to understand that MAC does not take legislative positions. Our mission is to educate our elected and appointed officials about the state’s number-one industry, and our primary way of doing that is to showcase our industry at the Taste of Maryland Agriculture.
