Over 800 agricultural leaders and state and national elected and appointed officials attended the Golden Anniversary of the Taste of Maryland Agriculture on February 6, 2020! The Maryland Agriculture Council is proud to represent the state’s broad and diverse farming community – and to carry on the original mission of promoting the importance of Maryland agriculture to the state’s economy and its people.
A bountiful buffet of Maryland agricultural products was enjoyed as we celebrated our state’s number one industry and built relationships with the folks that make decisions in Annapolis and Washington, DC, that effect our farms, businesses and organizations every day.
Take a look at the evening’s program, learn about the agricultural education grant winners and watch videos about the Governor’s Ag Hall of Fame inductees the Temple Rhodes Family of Queen Anne’s County and the Roger Richardson Family of Worcester County.
We are grateful to our financial sponsors and food donors for their commitment to Maryland agriculture and their desire to keep farming a viable business in out state. We ask that you patronize them and thank them for their support!
